Vacuum Plating Machine Chiller 

A vacuum plating machine chiller is a machine used to cool equipment in the vacuum plating process. In the vacuum electroplating process, metals or other materials are evaporated and deposited onto a substrate to form a thin film. This process needs to be carried out under certain temperature and pressure conditions, and the cooling system is mainly used to control the temperature inside the equipment and ensure that the plating process is carried out properly.

 

Vacuum plating machine chillers usually consist of a cold water circulation system, compressor, condenser, evaporator, diffuser and other components. The cold water circulation system plays a role in lowering the temperature by circulating the cold water through the hot areas inside the equipment. The compressor compresses the refrigerant, transforming the high temperature, high pressure gas into a low temperature, low pressure gas.
