Single Circuit Evaporator
A single-loop evaporator is a piece of equipment commonly used in the chemical industry to heat and evaporate liquid mixtures in order to separate their components. It achieves separation of the components by heating the mixture to boiling and then condensing the vapour into a liquid. A single loop evaporator usually consists of a boiler, evaporation tank, cooler and collector, and is capable of controlling the temperature and pressure precisely according to the demand in order to improve the separation efficiency.
Performance Features
Shell and tube evaporator is a kind of heat exchanger with compact structure, convenient installation and high heat exchange performance, with the wall of copper tube bundle enclosed in the shell as the heat transfer surface of the inter-wall heat exchanger, which has the features of low cost and wide circulation cross-section. It can be customised as single-loop, double-loop, triple-loop and quadruple-loop system according to the usage requirements, and it is the most widely used heat exchanger.
